Observation

TV located in downstairs preschool classroom was not secured. Light fixture in downstairs preschool classroom appeared to not be secured and was coming loose from ceiling. Pathway used by children through the office has a power strip which is accessible to children. Plastic garbage bags were accessible to children in the upstairs child bathroom.
